A New Year - A New Way: LET YOGA BRIGHTEN YOUR DAY!


Slow Flow VINYASA - YOGA
This 60 min. all level Vinyasa Flow yoga class emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by breath. Together we will experience a fluidity of moving meditation to build strength in the body and mind.
Together we will move from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths.
This class is for first timers, beginner or regular practitioners.
Limited to 20 employees.
